Ethical Email Marketing ?

E-mail marketing is a form of direct marketing which uses electronic mail as a means of communicating commercial or fundraising messages to an audience. In its broadest sense, every e-mail sent to a potential or current customer could be considered e-mail marketing.
As a practical demonstration of  what does for me, here’s how I sell my Ethical Email Marketing.
Manually entering people onto lists, removing them, sending messages, etc. is a time consuming thankless job that nobody should be doing.
Marketers are predicted to increasingly take advantage of enhanced e-mail application features and strategic email marketing services. Email marketing services administered and applied by email marketing companies.
Email Marketing can be conducted in various frequencies and good email marketing companies can advise you on the best frequency balance to keep your profile high but not alienate recipients. Well planned and executed email marketing campaigns really produce results.
While spam volumes are predicted to continue to rise thanks to unscrupulous email marketing companies, the volume of spam messages reaching consumers is likely to remain steady over the next few years. Internet Service Providers (ISPs) will continue to battle spam email marketing campaigns and use progressive tactics to block billons of messages every day.
As it is often difficult to distinguish between legitimate and unsolicited e-mail marketing, it would be wise when considering email marketing to consider an opt-in campaign.
The last thing any reputable organisation needs is to conduct a bulk email marketing campaign and run the risk of alienating recipients and being labeled as a spam email marketing sender in the process.
It's not just good business practice to respect recipient's privacy; you will also avoid legal and ethical problems with your email marketing campaign. Good email marketing companies will include a short, email privacy statement within opt-in forms and link them to the full policy statement on client Web sites.
Note: Do not spam your list. This includes passing their information on to others, or sending unrelated offers to them. Keep any emails you send relevant to whatever they signed up for. It is okay to send them offers, as long as it’s within the bounds of any promises you have made.
